The building and also the apartment (on the 2nd floor) have been refurbished in 2020. Apartment Mateo offers a spacious sun terrace, a modern living/dining room with open plan kitchen and a bedroom. It has recently been refurbished, and has one bedroom (which can be configured with two single beds or a double bed if required), a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom. The former fishing village now has a beautiful pedestrian promenade and a long, fine sandy beach. There are pleasant bars and good restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as two chiringuitos on the beach. Puerto Pollença is a tranquil town perfect for family holidays, and families with children love the wide, gently sloping beach and the turquoise blue water. Pollença Bay is also a popular spot for water sports, and has a sailing and kite school. On Wednesdays, the weekly market is held in the Plaça. Experience a gorgeous a holiday home in Port Pollensa with a high level of comfort and the personal touch. Pollença and Puerto Pollença are ideal destinations for holidaymakers looking for the real Majorca. The apartment is basically as described in the listing. It is nicely located centrally in the village and is only a few meters from the sea. The equipment of the kitchen is ok. The check in and out was very uncomplicated. All in all, we had a good tisee more

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen. Nah genug in Strandnähe aber auch ruhig. Einkauf und Ausgeh Möglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in und out leicht per Schlüsselbox gemacht. Martina hat eine gute flüssige Kommunikation mit wertvollen Tipps. Die Nsee more
