A traditional villa for up to six guests, located in Pollença and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Sandy beaches are no more than a ten-minute drive away.
Finca Can Cladera is situated in the middle of a lovingly tended Mediterranean garden (with orange, lemon, apricot and fig trees). This two-storey holiday home offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. Decorated in a bright and friendly style, Finca Can Cladera is an oasis of peace and serenity. You can play table tennis, relax at the pool or enjoy an evening barbecue during your stay.
The villa has a private pool and is situated between Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. In Puerto Pollença and Alcudia Bay, you will find sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea, making them perfect for small children. There are also restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beautiful weekly markets where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Villa Rental Majorca is perfect for a family vacation. In 2023 the Villa has been refurbished.
A deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be refunded before departure, minus any damages incurred. In case of excessive use of the air conditioning, electricity will be charged according to consumption. 230 kWh/ week are included. If you spend more the consumption will be charged with 0,26 € / kWh.

We have had the most wonderful weeks stay at Can Cladera, from the moment we arrived we felt a sense of calm and tranquility. A perfect family stay - parents, 3 year old and grandparents. Would definitely recommend. The pool and garden was a real highlight for us during the stay we spent every evening at the dining table under the veranda enjoying family time. The attention to detail in the outside area was not un-noticed m, we particularly enjoyed the different seating areas. Our favourite spots we visited during the week were:1. 3 coves at Saint Vincent, lovely beach’s and recommend u-mayol next to Cala molins. 2. Formentor beach - drive through the mountains and arrives at the most picturesque pine lined beach, great amenities and restaurant towards far end of beach. Beautiful setting.3. Pollenca Town- beautiful small town with high end boutique shops and galleries, recommend tapas at club pollenca.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Garten ist traumhaft und riesig. Es gibt sehr viele Orangen- und Zitronenbäume und viele Kräuter. Wir haben gerne Zeit dort verbracht und auch oft gegrillt. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war fabelhaft. Sie see more
