Description
This villa is surrounded by trees, plants, flowers and a landscape in which the region’s vegetables and fruit trees are cultivated. On the ground floor, the house offers a living/dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a sun terrace. The location of the house is ideal as it benefits from being in the countryside while also being close to the historic town of Pollença. The supermarket is also very close by and even stocks some English brands of food. There are many sandy beaches to choose from in the area, all within a 10-20 minute drive.
From November to March, we offer the cottage for stays of one month or more. The electricity and heating are then billed separately and a cleaning service can be ordered separately.

Schöne Finca, komfortabel, nett möbliert und sehr gepflegt

Wir kannten die Finca ja bereits von einer Buchung vor 7 Jahren. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt, da das Haus sehr gut gepflegt, sauber und zu einer Finca passend möbliert ist. Besonders nett gestaltet finden wir den Essbereich im Wohnzimmer. Nsee more

Besonders nett gestaltet finden wir den Essbereich im Wohnzimmer. Nicht besonders passend finden wir das neue Sofa, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.
Wir planen schon das Haus wieder zu mieten, wenn es klappt vielleicht noch länger als dieses Mal. |
