Full of character and charm, this Majorcan stone townhouse has both original and modern features. It has been restored to a high standard, and has been decorated with love and attention to detail. The house has plenty of outdoor space where you can soak up the sun. The cosy courtyard with private pool and the fantastic roof terrace will allow you to spend your summer holiday outdoors. The ground floor benefits from a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The top floor is an independent loft with another double bedroom, a bathroom, a large living/dining room and a kitchen.

The Sunday market attracts visitors with its amazing fruit, food and flower stalls, which bring an abundance of colour and life to the main square. At the same time, numerous artisan stalls line the side streets of the town and live music is performed, creating a truly memorable experience. The beautiful sandy beaches are just a ten-minute drive away.

Wow! What a special place. It was spotless. It was huge. We didn't even use all of the living spaces. The town is so lovely with lots of incredible restaurants. The included parking was really nice to have. Pollenca is really wonderful. We would defisee more

The included parking was really nice to have. Pollenca is really wonderful. We would definitely go back and would stay here! Our advice, make sure you rent a really small car. The town has incredibly narrow streets.

Martinas place is incredible. It is in the heart of Pollença and only a 2 minute walk to the square. it is on a quiet street so you feel that you are in the action but also away from the noise. the house is stunning with some incredible artwork. the see more

It is in the heart of Pollença and only a 2 minute walk to the square. it is on a quiet street so you feel that you are in the action but also away from the noise. the house is stunning with some incredible artwork. the bedrooms are large and comfortable and there is fast wifi. Martina was extremely quick on answering questions and when we had issues with flight cancellations she was extremely accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone and cant wait to go back.
