The house has plenty of outdoor space where you can soak up the sun. The cosy courtyard with private pool and the fantastic roof terrace will allow you to spend your summer holiday outdoors. The ground floor benefits from a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The top floor is an independent loft with another double bedroom, a bathroom, a large living/dining room and a kitchen.

A beautiful townhouse in Pollensa Old town, with a spacious courtyard and a private pool. Parking is easy and it is only a few minutes’ walk to the centre of town.
This Majorcan family home was built in 1875. It has recently been renovated in keeping with the original layout and materials used in the house. The furniture is comfortable and of a high standard. The house has three floors, each of 100 square metres. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room, and the approximately 70-square-metre courtyard has its own private swimming pool and bathroom. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a bathroom. On the top floor, you will find the 50-square-metre master bedroom with its luxury en-suite double shower room. There is a small village supermarket and a bakery nearby.
It is only a few minutes’ walk to the centre. The romantic winding lanes and steps lined with natural stone house facades, pleasant restaurants and small shops date back to the time of the Moors and are perfect for a leisurely stroll through the historic old town. The Plaça Mayor, with all its bars and restaurants, pulsates with life. It’s a great place to spend some time. A market is held every Sunday.

Casa Girard is situated in Pollença’s old town, just a one-minute walk from the main square. This spacious house has been lovingly restored and offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living and dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. In the garden, which has a private pool and a barbecue, you can enjoy the warm weather and sunbathe. This is just the perfect holiday home to spend your holiday in and relax! Casa Girard combines the comforts of modern living with traditional-style decor and beautifully crafted and comfortable wooden furniture. The Townhouse in Pollença has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. For long-term rentals in winter, electricity is charged separately according to consumption. The pool and central heating are always charged separately at a flat rate.
Pollença golf club is only two kilometres away, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town. Pollença provides a variety of entertainment with its many restaurants and fiestas throughout the year. Pollença also has art galleries, a museum and a film club.7 reviews

Wow! What a special place. It was spotless. It was huge. We didn't even use all of the living spaces. The town is so lovely with lots of incredible restaurants. The included parking was really nice to have. Pollenca is really wonderful. We would defisee more

The town has incredibly narrow streets.

Martinas place is incredible. It is in the heart of Pollença and only a 2 minute walk to the square. it is on a quiet street so you feel that you are in the action but also away from the noise. the house is stunning with some incredible artwork. the see more

It is in the heart of Pollença and only a 2 minute walk to the square. it is on a quiet street so you feel that you are in the action but also away from the noise. the house is stunning with some incredible artwork. the bedrooms are large and comfortable and there is fast wifi. Martina was extremely quick on answering questions and when we had issues with flight cancellations she was extremely accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone and cant wait to go back.
