The two-storey villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, offering guests a high level of comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. The modern, very well-equipped open-plan kitchen and large dining area provide plenty of space for shared meals and relaxing evenings together.

Traditional Mallorcan architecture, with natural stone walls and arches, blends beautifully with the villa’s bright and modern interior.

A special feature of the property is the lift, which takes guests directly from the garage to the ground floor.

During their stay, guests have exclusive use of the villa, private pool, terraces, garden and grounds. Private parking for several cars is available directly at the property.

Pool & Outdoor Area

The heart of the villa is the private, fenced swimming pool, which can be reached from the house via natural stone steps.

Spacious terraces surround the villa, with sun loungers and a variety of areas where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The Mediterranean garden and elevated location create a peaceful and private atmosphere.

From the terraces and balconies, guests can enjoy panoramic views across the countryside, Pollença and the surrounding mountains, extending all the way to the sea – particularly beautiful in the evening at sunset.

The four bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each has its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also have a balcony overlooking the surrounding area.
