The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are only a ten-minute drive away.

The Villa with pool in Pollença offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana mountains and ensures relaxation under the radiant Majorcan sun.
The Villa with pool in Majorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).
The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room.
It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends or also for cycling groups.
There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.
The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately, a deposit of 500 € has to be paid. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately.

This is a lovely venue for a family gathering in a beautiful part of Mallorca. The Villa is very well equipped and provides plenty of room for all guests. The pool is great and the location provides a very peaceful setting.

Die Küchenausstattung ist überkomplett und prima. Herr Rudolfo ist täglich, fast unbemerkbar, zur Pool- und Gartenpflege erschienen und hat im Notfall sofort reagiert. Parkmöglichkeit für 3 Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück ist gut. Der 360°-Blick in die Landschaft ist herrlich. |

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig fußläufig zur Innenstadt, in wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Zum Strand an der Bucht von Pollenca ist man auch schnell, die Straße dorthin liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und verfügt über sehr saubere, moderne Bäder, der Garten - mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und großem Pool - ist schön und recht groß. Quasi eine Finca in Stadtnähe. Schön auch die geräumigen Terrassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Vermieter (oder sein Mitarbeiter) Rodolfo ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, wir hatten eine schöne Sommerwoche Ende Oktober. |

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Finca. Wir, das sind meine Tochter, mein Schwiegersohn, meine beiden Enkelkinder und ich. Die Finca bietet alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern wünschen kann. Einen richtig großen, sehr gepflegten Pool, in dem meine Enkelin in diesem Jahr schwimmen und tauchen gelernt hat. Einen großen Garten mit viel Rasenfläche zum Spielen, natürlichen Schatten durch große Bäume, einen gemütlichen überdachten Essplatz, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit sitzen kann.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Badezimmer schön, die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Die liebevolle Betreuung durch den Besitzer der Finca und seine Familie sind einzigartig. Die Finca liegt ruhig am Stadtrand von Pollença und dennoch ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mitten im wunderschönen Stadtzentrum. |

Selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus aufgefunden! Alles vorhanden, auch für Kleinkinder. Top gepflegte Anlage! Der Pool ist auch super und riesig :) Lage ist auch empfehlenswert: Der Placa Mayor von Pollença ist in ca 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch mit kleinen Kindern. Sehr gute Auswahl an Restaurants in der Stadt. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt in ca 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Grosser Supermarkt per Auto (3min) ums Eck. Die Ausgangslage vom Haus zu den tollen Stränden vom Cap Formentor ist auch perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank auch für den herzlichen Empfang vor Ort von Rudolfo und den lecker Mallorquinischen Kuchen! Gerne buchen wir wieder bei Euch! |
