This tranquil holiday home is situated between Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. It features a fenced-off pool that can be heated and beautiful views.
The delightful finca has recently been renovated, has a new kitchen and is decorated in a rural cottage style. On the covered terrace, you can sit and relax or have dinner in the evening. There is also a covered barbecue area with a fridge.
On the ground floor, the house offers a large living/dining room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find an open gallery leading to the roof terrace and the fourth bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom. The decor and furnishings are of a high standard throughout.
The nearest beaches, in Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença or Alcudia, are a 10-15 minute drive away.

Wir haben vorab Informationen bekommen, die schon sehr sympathisch und detailliert formuliert waren und keine Fragen offen ließen. Der Pool ist umzäunt und war für uns eines der wichtigsten Kriterien. Die Badezimmer könnten ein-zwei Erneuerungen vertragen, aber grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.
